Welcome to week 2 of eating healthy! Here are 5 new recipes to try. Let me know what you think! After week 1, I'm feeling less bloated & have a lot more energy! This week I ordered everything from Sprouts via Instacart. If you're new to cooking like me, this is a great option because you won't have to spend lots of time in the store trying to track down ingredients.
Here is my plan for 10/12-10/16:
Creamy Chicken Pesto Pasta
