What I'm Eating 1

Happy Monday friends!

If you have been following me for a while, you know that since quarantine, I have been struggling with my weight. I went from being super skinny to mid/high weight range for my height. I started eating unhealthy food, and my biggest problem has been portion control. Unfortunately because of quarantine & all of the issues going on in the world today, I've found myself stress-eating and eating out of boredom. I without a doubt know that this is where my weight gain is coming from.

The world is opening up again, and I want to feel my absolute best. While I might be one of the laziest people in the world when it comes to exercise, I know that one thing I CAN control is what I'm putting in my body. I'm taking my food health to the next level and planning out healthy meals that will make me look & FEEL a lot better.

I know that one thing a majority of you all asked for was what I do to workout/eat healthy, so I'm going to start documenting my plans for you!

Here is my plan for 10/5-10/8:

Sausage & Zucchini Skillet

Beef & Broccoli Lo Mein

Baked Cheddar Ranch Chicken

Mediterranean Orzo Salad

Black Bean Avocado Crunch Wrap

Spicy Tuna Bowls with Cauliflower Rice

  • 6 cans tuna

  • 2 persian cucumber

  • 4 scallions green

  • Mayonnaise

  • Sriracha

  • Cauliflower rice

  • Black sesame seeds

  • Rice vinegar

  • Sesame oil

Avocado Egg Salad Sandwiches
