I recently had a coming-to moment about my personal well-being. It’s so easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, that your health can become an afterthought. Whether you suffer from mental health issues like anxiety & depression, or you’re feeling totally mentally healthy, it’s always good to practice personal well-being!
I’ve gone through a lot of big life changes in the past year and a half, and I know that I need to take my mental health more seriously. There are practices I am going to participate in more frequently, and I’m also on the hunt for more ways to stay healthy.
There are four quadrants I’ll be focusing on. Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Spiritual. P.I.E.S. represents four aspects of personal well-being, and I believe that focusing on these areas will greatly improve my everyday life!
I’m taking you all on this journey with me, and I hope that I can provide some ideas for how you can improve your personal well-being too!
